General information only

The calculators give general calendar information. They are not legal, financial, tax, payroll or HR advice. Deadlines set by a court, contract, agency or employer may count days differently, for example by including the start date or using state holidays. Check the rules that apply to you before relying on a result.

Assumptions are shown on each page

Each result states how it was counted, including the timezone, which days are included and which holidays are skipped. Business-day results use U.S. federal holidays only. See How we calculate for the full rules.

No warranty

We work hard to keep every answer correct, but the site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its results.

Acceptable use

Please don't overload the site with automated requests or try to disrupt it. We may limit access that harms the service for other visitors.
