TallyDays

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026.

This policy explains what TallyDays collects when you use the site and how it is used.

No accounts

You don't need an account to use any calculator. The dates and numbers you enter are used to calculate the result shown to you. They are not stored with your identity.

Contact form

If you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, the topic, the page address if you give one, and your message. We use them only to read and answer your message, keep them no longer than needed for that, and do not add you to any mailing list.

Server logs

Like most websites, our web server records basic request information: the page requested, the time, your IP address and your browser's user agent. We use these logs to keep the site running, to fix errors and to protect it from abuse. Logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.

Cookies

Public pages do not set cookies of their own. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful; it may use cookies or similar technology to count visits. The private administration area uses a session cookie for signed-in administrators only.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure page views and how the calculators are used. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you.

Advertising

If we show ads in the future, this policy will be updated before any ad provider is added, including how to opt out of personalized ads.

Third-party links

Pages link to official sources such as the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
